I recently came upon Spank Amber and was intrigued by this fairly new site. Perhaps it was Amber's red hair, but I felt like I should investigate. The member area consists of a video section and a stills section. The interface is easy to navigate with video files being listed in the order they were added to the site. The still galleries are also done in the same fashion.

In looking at the video clips, I was happy to see they were all large format with good resolution. In this day and age, there is no excuse for crappy videos any more. There are currently 26 videos on the site, each featuring Amber being punished in a variety of ways. From hand spanking to strokes with the cane, she takes quite a spanking. The videos mostly come in Quick Time format, with the newer ones also being offered in WMV. The clips are pretty large, averaging around 160 MB each for 8-9 minutes. The screen size is 720X480 with a rate of 2.65 MBPS.

The photo gallery currently features 13 different sets. Each set is thumbnailed with the target photo being a high resolution shot averaging out to be around 800X600. Galleries contain between 8-31 images each. The site is new, so I think it's a decent amount of content given how long the site has been live. The cost per month is $19.95, which is below what the average member site runs you these days.
