Note from the Webmaster:
An update to the situation with Spank That Brat/Tears for Audrey sites. After 10 days of trying to get ahold of someone I finally hit it with the online customer service feature. Every day I had checked that multiple times over the course of the day and night and only once before was someone actually "online", which it then told me no one was available. Direct emails and messages through that service went unanswered. Finally, the service was "online" and someone was there to cancel my account. During this time I received several emails from former customers that also experienced the same problem and had to be persistent in trying to find a way to cancel their account. Some even suggested to them that they switch billing companies to something more user friendly, such as CCBill or Verotel. If those in charge of Spank That Brat and the other sites associated with it read this page, I would suggest that as well. I was fortunate in that I sought to cancel my membership with plenty of time left before my rebill was due. Others no doubt were not as lucky.
