Kudos once again for a still great website! Last year I wrote you about Raven Hill in hopes of warning other spankophiles about ordering from them, and this time, I feel compelled to warn your readers about another site called "spanking digest" run by someone who calls herself "sassy Jane". The site itself is fairly good, especially if someone is into photos of a very average looking, 30 something year old (Jane) get mildly spanked. She talks quite the talk of desiring to run a very personable website, graciously thanking subscribers for their business, yet I have found, when a problem is encountered, her site is no better than the crooks at Raven Hills. I ordered 3 tapes weeks ago, and only received a partial shipment, which even then took quite awhile. The tape quality was several steps below a home movie, to say the least. The scenes were shot inside a poorly lit hotel room, complete with burger sacks on the countertops where the spanker and spankee had their dinner before shooting. The videotaper apparently had not used a camera enough to know what focus/autofocus is for, and much of the time NOTHING was in focus! I am still awaiting the 3rd tape which was charged for immediately upon ordering, and all I have recieved from them is that it is either back ordered or has already been sent, with conflicting datelines. Even tho "Jane" expresses a desire to hear from her customers regarding problems or comments, she has basically ignored all communication regarding this, instead delegating to someone else who is good with promises but little else. They also refuse to credit accounts. Please print this in your editorial section so that other potential customers will be very wary of ordering from this site. Thanks very much!
