Part 1

An oldie, in 3 parts, a lot like Paradox's wonderful "Finishing School Discipline," in this case where a sequence of girls are punished in the same way. The story may sound monotonous, but the girls are sweet, the Matron is evil, and the camera crew must have enjoyed spanking. The production was so enjoyable we can't resist a longish blow-by-blow. A young, stern-looking "Miss Brown" type uniformed matron reports to her "office," a bleak warehouse setting reminiscent of a John LeCarre rendezvous, where a courtyard wall sign reads "Offender Correction Unit." It seems the courts send miscreant girls here for various levels of attention related to their offenses. This is another dramatization of this bountiful theme.

And it's wonderfully done. The girls are athletic, long of leg, with high, hard bottoms, and always kept in high heels, flattering the buttocks. Cameras work from several angles, the editing seems smooth, repeats are not obvious. The director liked his work, and knew the nuances of panty placement.

The matron attends her paperwork. The first offender is a buxom blonde, caught "soliciting without a license." She hears her sentence, a handspanking, and is taken by a full-uniformed nurse to be prepared. She is made to strip, removing her tarty clothing, shows a smashing body, puts on white panties, called "punishment pants" throughout, no bra, and a bib-like tunic they love to call a "tabard," which permits quick access to our areas of interest. She is marched back to the matron, where she learns she's to get "Category C," a handspanking and a slippering. The matron flexes a cane with a wicked gleam, reminding the blonde the cane would be for the next time--we ourselves hope there is a next time. She is mildly spanked, then slippered, first on her beautiful filled-out punishment pants and then on the bare, the pants ceremonially tugged down and draped where we like them. The spankings are moderate, but the long-legged tight-bottomed blonde is glorious and the camera dead-on. The punishment concludes with the blonde posing nude holding a poster: "I degrade myself for money."

The second offender (you wonder if the matron has a full day scheduled), a tall pageboy brunette, is in for stealing. "Category A," which matron is delighted to describe as "caning and lots of it." The brunette strips off her stylish black outfit-it's lovely to watch-and dons the official garb. Matron brandishes the plexiglass cane and gleefully describes how it's going to hurt--eliciting whimpers. "Let the punishment commence." Bent over a stool, she's warmed with quick handspanks, a little hard paddle, and then here comes the cane. "Remove your clothes. I want to see you naked." This matron is an excellent Domme; she wears rubber disposable gloves to heighten the tension.

Now nude and back over the stool, the brunette is caned about 35 strokes; after 15 she crosses her own pain threshold and has to be encouraged to stay in place. Not severe stuff, but very sexy, and our cameraman knows his bottoms.

The third girl in this segment, another tall svelt brunette, also gets "Category A." The scene cuts--she's in her punishment getup and holding her poster--she's been smuggling drugs. She starts OTK. "My God, it stings." She's ordered to remove her pants herself, for more handspanking. Then it's over the table for some cat-o-nine tail flogging on the white pants she has pulled back up. Hard and fast, but not vicious. The matron paces, Nu West style, admiring the increasing rouge. She loves her subordinated girls: "Nice and red, and ooh, warm as well." While matron flexes the cane, our poor miss must run in place, in just panties, jiggling up a storm for us. This director works all the fantasies. Cane time--only 10 strokes, moderate and effective, on the bare. In a long closeup hold at the conclusion, we can count every tramline. Another first: matron cools off this particular bottom with an aerosol spray.

Part 2
On busy Domme keeps on with her stressful day. A black girl is marched in by the nurse. she strips and does the tabard bit. The Domme delights in showing her the implements to be used on "bare flesh." She's sent away to stew nearby in a cell for later.

NEXT! A lovely brunette in a short skirt and knee boots is brought in with an "attitude problem." We're in the right place to fix that. A male from "headquarters," in a white lab coat, sits by to observe this particular session. The Domme appears to do a cavity search with those rubber gloves, but we only see the brunette's face. She's told: "Punishment is handspanking, whipping, and caning. Strip!" Incredulous, the girl actually asks, "Here?" She manages to get her tabard on without showing us anything. The Domme starts an OTK handspanking, but the male supervisor is displeased with her technique, urging faster and harder spanking. We're certainly glad he had time to stop by today, because in fact, the Domme's technique is vastly improved from here on in the series.

The supervisor takes over the handspanking--he is much more severe; the Domme is clearly chagrined, but the wiser. He, like the Domme and the camera, likes careful detailed bottom-checks.

The Domme gets the girl back in her clutches, now with something new to prove. The supervisor orders that she be given 40 lashes with the martinet. First 10 on those lovely panties, and the remaining set, and some bonus, on a twisting, weaving bare bottom. Very nice. That's all for now. She'll be brought from her cell at 7 PM for a caning from the male supervisor.

The glamorous black girl is brought back for her spanking. Her shame sign: "I lie, I cheat, I steal." She is spanked OTK, bare, then caned over a stool, 7 strokes. Applause for our improved Domme!

It's 7 PM, and time for the brunette's apppointment with the supervisor and his cane. No preliminaries. Over the stool, long beautiful legs in high heels, arched back---7 nice strokes on the white pants and then 15 more nude. We can watch her anticipating face and the hovering cane zing home from a clever camera angle. Nice work. And finally the slow camera hold on her chastised bottom. Her sign: "I used to have an attitude problem."

The next young lady in the grasp of the Domme is an illegal immigrant, defrauding Old England. Goodness, you don't get spanked for this anymore. Same drill, the new-improved handspanking. The girl squawks big-time. She gets her bottom sprayed "to cool you down for the next session." Then a novelty, she stands on a stepladder to frame her bottom for the martinet, pants in a puddle. She's told to muffle her screams and left red-bottomed in this position to contemplate for 5 minutes and we cntemplate her.

Part 3
Some previews of parts 1 and 2, then the Domme summons a buxom short-haired brunette who is a table tennis champion, charged with selling steroids. She changes into the spanking costume and first is spanked OTK, a little harder than the others, with much wailing. Her pants are soon down, and of course the ping pong paddle is appropriate here and makes a nice crack. She kneels on a chair for more and gives us some tweener glimpses not frequent in these spankings. The Domme gets out her spray can and cleverly shields the opening between the champ's legs with her free hand.

She's done with this segment, but it's not time to go home. She holds her sign then strips to just pants and runs in-place, with the expected delightful result. Next, pants off, nude, jumping jacks and more running. Closeups too. she's thinks she's finished, but no. Back over the stool, naked, with high heels back on to the throw the bottom up high and hard, for the cane--about 7 moderate strokes. Then 5 minutes of "humiliation," where she poses nude and we inspect carefully.

Alas, the last girl. A new Domme, a diminuitive brunette on duty. A redhaired girl has been caught shoplifting multiple times. The Domme shows her the paddle and cane and repeats the phrase "bare bottom" several times. "You realize you will be naked, yes?" She returns from to her cell in the gown and panties; the first OTK is the slow ritual spanking, but this Domme soon increases the tempo. She peels the redhead's panties down with more erotic attention than we've seen in a while. Nice camera angle on the spanking which follows--front, rear, side. "Stop complaining girl. We're just warming up."

A little leather glove-shaped paddle makes some impression. After a scene fade, the redhead is stretched over a horse, a novel idea in this series, for a mostly mild series with the cat. She curses the Domme, which elicits the cane. About 10 strokes, which didn't seem severe, but the redhead is suffering nicely, so we enjoyed them. Her bottom is also sprayed, then she poses in just panties. "I lie, I cheat, I steal." The Domme is beside herself with pleasure.

OFFENDER CORRECTION PART 1

The Offender Correction series were the first videos I've seen from this company. I will be reviewing the other 2 videos in the near future. The story line behind the series is that women are sent to this facility to be punished for certain crimes or in fractions. There is a matron who is in charge of handing out the discipline, who reminds me of the lady on Weakest Link. Not in appearance, but in the way she speaks to the other women. The video opens with the matron walking outside the building and is then seated at a desk filling out a an "Offender Report". She wears rubber medical exam gloves throughout the video, which I thought was a nice added detail.
The first girl up is a rather striking blonde with hair that goes down past her shoulders. She has been sent here to be punished for soliciting without a license. Under the "Offender Correction Act of 2011", this is a "Class C" offense, which means our offender will be spanked by hand and slipper only. Our blonde offender is made to strip naked, then put on a pair of white panties and an apron thing. That's about the best description I can give of this article of clothing. Each offender wears the same outfit for punishment. It's black and goes down just above the knees on the front and back, and is open on the sides with the exception of some snaps. Reminds me of a cooking apron, except is has a back to it. It also says "Offender" on the front of it.
Prior to the punishment, our matron explains that if our offender should return, she would be punished with the cane and that wouldn't be pleasant. The matron likes to take the cane periodically and just bend it around and whip it through the air. She has some rather funny facial expressions. Anyway, our offender is bent over the desk and has the apron raised exposing her panty clad behind. The matron makes a rather funny comment about this is the behind that so many tax payers were after. She gets a rather lengthy hand spanking over the panties, which was of average severity. She is then stood up and scolded some more, before being bent back over the desk and having her panties lowered for a nice bare bottom spanking.
Our offender is then taken over the knee and given some good whacks with the slipper, but this tires our matron's hand, so she finishes off the punishment with more hand spanking. The punishment is now over and the matron tells our subject how she got off lightly. Not a lot of visible damage, but a nice spanking none the less. The scene ends with our offended standing naked holding a sign that says "I degrade myself for money".
The next offender is a red head with short hair that hangs just above the collar. She is here for stealing from co-workers, which is a "Category A" offense. This is the severest form of punishment, and the matron can pretty much fire at will. The offender is made to strip out of her clothes and then puts on the white panties and black offender apron. We see our matron writing on the report sheet, and notes that our subject will be getting a canning and underlines severe. The matron scolds our offender for her injustices while she whips the cane through the air (she likes to do that). The offender has her head bowed in shame the whole time, and starts to cry. Now, it's punishment time. She is bent over a stool, the apron is raised and she is give 10 crisp slaps over the panties. Then panties down and another 10 over the bare. The matron brings out a short strap with a handle on it and gives the offender 6 strokes with it.
Now comes the cane. She is issued 24 strokes, all of which are fairly hard short strokes. Then our matron lights up a cigarette and admires her work for a bit. She seems to be impressed with the marks she is making on our offender's behind, but the punishment is not over. She now has her take the apron off and totally remove the panties so she is naked. "punishment and humiliation" as the matron says. She is issued another 30 or so strokes before the session is over.
The final segment of Part 1 has a pretty brunette with shoulder length hair. Her offense is drug use, and apparently has been fined in the past. She is made to hold a sign that says "I ruin people's lives with drugs". This is a "Category A". offense, so she'll get spanked, and "lots of it". She is placed over the matron's knee and given a fairly lengthy spanking over the white panties. This girl is the most vocal out of the three. Nothing overdone, but she has a few more "ows" and "ouches" than the other two. Then the panties come down for a bare butt hand spanking. We then switch to our offender bent over a desk, where she will be punished with, what I guess is a cat o' nine tails. I'm not totally familiar with punishment tools, but I believe that is what this is. She is whipped over her panties for about 20 strokes and then the panties come down for roughly 25 on the bare. The camera does switch to show some facial shots, which are pretty good, as well as an occasional close up of her rear. We then switch to see our offender jogging in place with only her panties on. She is "warming up for the punishment ahead". Got to love some of these lines. Finally, she has to put the apron thing back on, pull her panties down, and bend over the desk. She is given 10 strokes of the cane and starts to cry at the end. All in all, a good video. It runs a good hour and has a lot of spanking action. I'd call the severity medium, but definitely worth while watching. The video quality and sound quality are both average.
