I'LL TELL YOU WHAT HAPPENED, THEY SENT ME A LETTER THANKING ME FOR MY BUSINESS AND TO LET ME KNOW SINCE I WAS ONE OF THERE "VALUABLE CUSTOMERS." THEY WERE SELLING 9 NEW DVD'S FOR $19.99. THEY ALSO SAID THIS WAS A LIMITED TIME OFFER, AFTER 6-30-06 THE PROMO DVD'S WOULD GO UP TO NORMAL PRICE AND NEVER BE SOLD AT A DISCOUNT AGAIN, THEY ALSO SAID THIS DEAL WAS EXCLUSIVE. I GO ON THERE SITE I SEE IT IS AVAILABLE TO ALL, (NEW CUSTOMERS AND OLD) I DIDN'T TRIP, I WASN'T ANGRY OR UPSET THEY HAVE TO HAVE THERE PLOYS, BUT I DID WONDER ABOUT THE "VALUABLE CUSTOMERS" BIT THEY TRIED TO SELL ME.
WELL I CHECK IT OUT, COMING TO FIND OUT THEY WERE HAVING A $19.99 SALE ON MOST OF THERE OWN PRODUCTS BESIDES THE 9 PROMOS. I FIGURED WHAT THE HELL. THEY DON'T HAVE THE BEST TRACK RECORD (OTHERS WILL AGREE.) I BOUGHT THREE OF THERE NEW MOVIES AND ONE OF THERE MOVIES. I SENT IT OFF 6-30-06 ( I PAID BY MAIL.) THE LAST DAY OF JUNE AND THE LAST DAY OF THE SALE OR SO I THOUGHT. A WEEK GOES BY (NO BIGGIE.) DEALING WITH THEM I LEARNED THEY A BIT SLOWER THAN THE COMPETION. TWO WEEKS, OTHERS WOULD OF SENT THERE PRODUCTS TO YOU BY THEN BUT THIS IS RAVEN HILL STUDIOS. THREE WEEKS, WHICH I BELIEVE IS ENOUGH TIME BUT I KNOW WHO THEY ARE. JUST A FEW DAYS BEFORE THE 4TH WEEK I CALL "JUST TO SEE IF THINGS ARE IN ORDER." I GET THE ANSWERING MACHINE. I DIDN'T LEAVE A MESSAGE, I CALL BACK A FEW HRS LATER STILL A ANSWERING MACHINE. I DIDN'T LEAVE A MESSAGE. I DECIDE I'LL CALL BACK TOMORROW.
THE NEXT DAY I CALL, GET THE ANSWERING MACHINE. (THIS TIME I LEAVE A MESSAGE.) NO CALL BACK, ( I SEND A E-MAIL) THAT NIGHT NO REPLY. I TRY AGAIN THE NEXT DAY LETTING THEM KNOW WHO I AM AND I LEAVE MY ORDER NUMBER. NO REPLY. (ANOTHER E-MAIL) NO REPLY. NOW THE 4TH WEEK AFTER. (A FULL MONTH) I CALL LETTING THEM KNOW I'M TIRED AND THERE ON THE VERGE OF LOSING ANOTHER CUSTOMER. I GET A CALL BACK FROM A YOUNG LADY. (KEEP IN MIND IT TAKES A THREAT, NOT THE NICE MESSAGES I LEFT BEFORE TO GET A CONTACT. BUT I MISS HER AND SHE GETS MY ANSWERING MACHINE) SHE SAYS THERE BACKED UP A LITTLE AND SHE NEEDED MY ORDER # AGAIN AND A NEW E-MAIL ADDRESS. OKAY I CALL BACK (I GET THE ANSWERING MACHINE AGAIN.) I GIVE MY ORDER #. NO REPLY BACK. SICK OF WAITING I SEND A E-MAIL TO WHERE THE YOUNG LADY TOLD ME TO GO. I TOLD THEM THEY LOST A "VALUABLE CUSTOMER AND I SENT THEM COUNTLESS E-MAILS AND MESSAGES." THAT WAS A FEW DAYS AND STILL... NO REPLY. THE SAME WEB PAGE IS RUNNING THAT DEAL IS STILL THERE, THEY HAVE NOT REFRESHED THERE PAGE.
I UNDERSTAND YOU CAN GET BACKED-UP AND YOU'RE RUNNING BEHIND BUT YOU NOTIFY PEOPLE AND TELL THEM THE SITUATION. THEY'LL UNDERSTAND AND IF THEY WANT SOMETHING ELSE. OBLIGE THEM. THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING BUT DODGE AND SWINDLE. I CALL UPON YOU GUYS TO LET PEOPLE KNOW I'M PLAYED THE MARTYR. THEY TOOK ME FOR MY MONEY AND I DON'T WANT TO SEE THIS HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE. IF THIS COMPANY OR ANY OTHER COMPANY IS PLAYING FAIR LET IT BE KNOWN STEP-UP. THERE IS STRENGTH IN NUMBERS AND I KNOW I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO'S BEEN PLAYED BY THEM. THEY LOST THIS CUSTOMER. IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH RAVEN HILL STUDIOS OR ANY OTHER COMPANY TELL PEOPLE, PEOPLE WORK HARD FOR THERE MONEY AND GUESS HOW COMPANIES LIKE THIS SHOW THEM TO VALUABLE CUSTOMERS.
